How long does shipping take ?

For Lagos and East areas we deliver within 24 – 48hours.

Other locations within Nigeria takes 3 – 7 working days.

Do you accept payment on delivery ?

No. All items are payment before delivery.

Do you offer free shipping ?

No we do not offer free shipping, all product are excluding shipping. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Please contact us for more details if you’re ordering large quantity.

Do i need an ID before i can place an order ?

Yes, our products are rated 18+. You’ll need a valid government identification before receiving your ordered item.

Products which contain alcohol may be sold and delivered only to a person who is at least 18 years old. By virtue of your order with Utec Green Wine World, you represent to us that you are at least 18 years old and the person to whom any products which contain alcohol will be delivered is also 18 years old.

You authorize Utec Green Wine World to use your billing and shipping information to conduct age verification. At the time of delivery, any shipment containing alcohol will require the signature of an adult possessing valid picture identification issued by a government agency proving he or she is at least 18 years old.

I'll be 18 years old this month, can i still order ?

No, we only sell to 18 years and above.

My order was cancelled, why ?

We take extra measures when processing any given order from our site. Please contact us with your ORDER ID for more details.


My order came damaged, i want to return it

Once wine, champagne or spirits leaves our possession, it cannot be returned pursuant to applicable law concerning alcoholic products. However, in the event that your delivered item is damaged, Utec Green Wine World is happy to accept your claim in accordance with the procedures that are outlined below.

Damaged Goods

We understand that there will be times when products may be damaged during delivery. Utec Green Wine World will honor claims for reimbursement in such events. In order to process claims, Utec Green Wine World requires that the customer who received their product damaged should return all damaged products to the address found at our contact page, and we may make the arrangements for the delivery company to pick up the damaged items; however, we request that you fill out any required forms that the delivery company provides in order to complete your refund.

Please understand that if you do not return the damaged products, then Utec Green Wine World cannot provide you with the refund. Customers need to file a claim for damaged goods within 10 days of receipt of order. Please initiate the claim by using any of the contact channels found here

All non business customers (ie those customers who are not purchasing either wholly or in part for business use) have a right to cancel a contract (‘Contract’) in which they purchase merchandise (‘Products’) from us or withdraw their offer to purchase the Product(s) as applicable, at any time up to seven working days from the date of your order being delivered (‘The Cancellation Period’) unless the order includes products that have been personalized or that we have specified the products as being nonreturnable.

To cancel your order, you must inform us in writing before the expiry of the cancellation period. If you have already taken delivery of the order, you should return the product(s) to us. Unless the items being returned were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective, you will be liable for the full cost of returning the product(s) and will be responsible for any damage to the product(s) until we acknowledge receipt of the products. As such, you should ensure that the product(s) are adequately insured. You have a legal responsibility to keep the product(s) in your possession and to take reasonable care of the products until you return them to us. Should the product(s) show signs of damage or tampering, we may have a right against you for compensation. We retain the right to arrange for collection of the product(s) at your cost in the event that you have not returned the product(s) within 30 days of your notice of cancellation.


Should you wish to amend your order, you are able to do so if you have not received an email from us confirming that your order has been processed.


We are happy to exchange product(s) for whatever reason as long as we are informed of your intention to return the product(s) within seven working days of the goods being delivered and where you accept the cost of returning the item and insurance where appropriate. A full refund will only be given where the goods are received in the same condition as when they were shipped by us.

Please note that if you are exchanging a product that is more than the value of the replacement product, we will refund the difference via your original payment method.

If you are exchanging a product that is less than the value of the replacement product, additional payment will be required.

Upon exchanging a product, you will be liable to pay a new shipping and handling charge. Please retain your original invoice as this may be asked for as proof of purchase. We will bill you for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.
